The second is from a fruit cell culture extract derived from a rare Swiss apple. While Dr. Chen® Youth Emulsion is definitely safe for the delicate eye area, we recommend layering the Youth Emulsion with the Oi-Lin® Eye Cream for an extra boost of hydration and protection of the eye area, which is the first area to show signs of aging.
